Sales Manager

Team performance dashboards, pipeline health and the full deals/leads list for their branch.

Agent

Only their own assigned leads, contacts and customers, plus the properties they're actively working.

Marketing Manager

Campaigns, ad spend, portal leads and marketing analytics — no access to commission or contract data.

Listing Manager

Property and listing records across branches, with limited visibility into the sales pipeline.
